Wishing Ken success as he answers his calling!
For almost two decades, Ken has been a fixture on Greatario’s job sites. As the Construction Manager, he has led teams through complex builds, ensuring each project meets the company’s high standards. His leadership was defined not just by his expertise in construction but by the respect and trust he cultivated among his teams. Now, after years of dedicated service, Ken is preparing to embark on a new journey—one that has been quietly building within him. He is answering a calling he can no longer ignore: to become a Pastor.

Ken’s journey with Greatario began in the early days when the company was establishing itself as an industry leader. With his ability to solve problems, an unwavering work ethic, and a commitment to quality, he quickly became a trusted leader in the company. Whether it was a challenging build in harsh conditions or a project with tight deadlines, Ken was the man his crew looked to for guidance.
Those who worked alongside him knew that his integrity and kindness were rooted in something deeper. However, there was always something stirring within him as Ken is a man of faith, Over the years, he found himself offering words of encouragement to struggling crew members, lending a listening ear to those facing hardships, and even praying privately for those needing strength. It was in those quiet moments that he began to realize his leadership extended beyond construction.
There was no single moment that led Ken to pursue ministry, but rather a gradual realization. As he reflected on his life and the legacy he wanted to leave, he felt a growing conviction that his purpose was shifting. He had spent his life building structures, but now he felt called to build something even greater—faith and hope in others.
Ten years ago, Ken made a decision that would set him on his new path. While continuing to lead at Greatario, he dedicated himself to studying theology. He spent his time pouring over Scripture, attending theological courses, and engaging in discussions with mentors who had walked a similar path. It was not an easy journey balancing his studies with the demanding role of a Construction Manager, but Ken was never one to shy away from hard work.
Now, as Ken stands on the threshold of this new chapter, he does so with a sense of peace. The decision to step away from the role that had defined so much of his life was not made lightly, but he has full confidence in the team at Greatario. The management team at Greatario and his colleagues are in full support and truly believe in the timing of his calling. He has seen firsthand the dedication and skill of those he has worked with, and he knows the company will continue to grow and thrive.
Ken will not be leaving suddenly. Instead, he is committed to ensuring a smooth transition. He will remain on to support the team as they adjust to his absence and will always be available to offer guidance when needed. His leadership will not be forgotten, nor will his impact on those he worked with. We wish him much success in his new endeavour.
As word of Ken’s transition spreads, the response from his colleagues and friends has been overwhelmingly supportive. There have been stories of how he influenced careers and how his wisdom extended beyond the job site. Ken was not just a Construction Manager—he was a mentor, a friend, and a steady presence through the ups and downs of the job.
His impact at Greatario will live on, not just in the tanks and structures he helped build, but in the people he influenced. His lessons—about patience, perseverance, and compassion for others—will remain part of the company’s culture.
Ken’s next chapter will be filled with new challenges, but also with a profound sense of fulfillment. He will soon dedicate himself fully to pastoring others on their spiritual journeys, offering the same support and wisdom that he provided on the job site.
Ken’s story is one of growth, faith, and the courage to follow a calling. And while he may no longer be overseeing construction projects, he will always be building—this time, in the hearts and lives of those he serves. He finds encouragement in a Bible passage (Ephesians 3:20-21) knowing that God’s power will guide him, as it has in the past, through any challenges as long as he has faith.
